While channelling her expertise into helping others achieve their goals through her transformation coaching practice, Nadia has had a long career as a communications leader.

Nadia is Senior Vice President, Group Communications for Global University Systems, an international network of 30 higher education institutions.

Over the years, her career in corporate communications, has seen her advise a range of organisations on strategies to protect and promote their brands and business reputations.

She has worked across a range of sectors with the common thread of being scaling, fast-paced, founder-led, digital-first disruptors. Her work spans brand positioning, crisis communications, thought leadership, ESG and PR strategy.

Nadia has been instrumental in building high-performing teams that achieve outstanding results. She is also passionate about nurturing talent while fostering a culture where individuals feel valued, motivated and have balance.

For Nadia, balance has meant navigating her professional ambitions with her role as a parent to three (now adult) children. Nadia believes that success in the workplace can go hand-in-hand with personal fulfilment.
